ஃப்ரைடு சிக்கன் செய்யும் முறை | Fried Chicken Cooking Methods

தேவையான பொருட்கள்:

சிக்கன் லெக் பீஸ் – 4 (அ) தொடையுடன் கூடிய லெக் பீஸ் – 2

தயிர் – அரை கப்

மிளகாய் தூள் – ஒரு தேக்கரண்டி

இஞ்சி, பூண்டு விழுது – ஒரு தேக்கரண்டி

கரம் மசாலா – அரை தேக்கரண்டி

மிளகு தூள் – ஒரு தேக்கரண்டி

மஞ்சள் தூள்

எலுமிச்சை – ஒன்று

சாட் மசாலா – அரை தேக்கரண்டி (விரும்பினால்)

ஃபுட் கலர் – சிறிது (விரும்பினால்)

சர்க்கரை – அரை தேக்கரண்டி (விரும்பினால்)
உப்பு

செய்முறை:

1.தயிருடன் சர்க்கரை, உப்பு, மஞ்சள் தூள், மிளகாய் தூள், கரம் மசாலா, இஞ்சி பூண்டு விழுது சேர்த்து கலந்து, இதில் சிக்கன் துண்டுகளை பிரட்டி ஊற விடவும்.
2.இந்த கலவை குறைந்தது 2 மணி நேரம் ஊற வேண்டும்
பின் ஃப்ரெஷ் மிளகை பொடித்து சேர்த்து 220 C’ ல் முற்சூடு செய்த அவனில் பேக் செய்யவும். விரும்பினால் இப்போது சாட் மசாலாவும் சேர்க்கலாம். 10 நிமிடத்துக்கு ஒரு முறை திருப்பி விடவும். வெந்ததும் எடுக்கவும்.
3.கடைசியாக எலுமிச்சை பிழிந்து பரிமாறலாம். சுவையான எண்ணெய் இல்லாத சிக்கன் தயார். பேக் செய்யாமல் க்ரில் கூட செய்யலாம். க்ரில் செய்தால் இதைவிட சுவையாக இருக்கும்.
